What's On The Menu Monday (wk of Feb 17, 2014)

Hi, guys! After a yucky blue-sy kind of week last week, things are looking up here in the Hippie household! Yay!
So to ring in the brand new week, here is this week's menu :-D :
MONDAY
Breakfast: Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothies
Lunch : Green Juice & Egg Salad sandwiches
Dinner: Herbed Broccoli & Pasta Soup with fresh homemade whole wheat breadsticks
TUESDAY
Breakfast: Orange-Carrot Juice & eggs
Lunch: homemade V8 juice & wraps (black beans, corn & romaine lettuce)
Dinner: Veggie burgers with sweet potato wedges
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothies
Lunch: Green Juice & chicken salad sandwiches
Dinner: BLTs (w/turkey bacon) and Sweet Red Pepper Soup
THURSDAY
Breakfast: fresh apple juice and eggs
Lunch: homemade V8 juice & wraps (chickpea, corn & romaine)
Dinner: Veggie and quinoa tacos with beans
FRIDAY
Breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothies
Lunch: Green Juice and grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: Sloppy Joe calzones (homemade whole wheat calzones) with homemade baked potato wedges
