What's On the Menu Monday! (Wk of Feb 10, 2014)

Ok, so this is going to be a short menu. I wasn't able to go big grocery shopping just yet, so I only made a half-week menu.

This is the one my older kids are following. I've tweaked it a bit for myself. For example, I'll just be having coffee & 2 egg whites for breakfast, no smoothies/juices in an effort to keep my calories low. And for lunches, I may have the veggie/egg lunch but will only have the smoothie later if I'm hungry. Like a snack.

I don't know if that makes sense. LOL It's early & one of my toddlers is screaming at me because I don't know where his favorite binky is. Sigh.


Breakfast: Mixed Fruit Smoothies and eggs

Lunch 1: Green Juice

Lunch 2: PB Oatmeal Smoothies

Dinner: BLT sandwiches with homemade potato wedges


Breakfast: Cucumber, Apple, Carrot Juice and eggs (I'll probably have the juice too)

Lunch 1: Wraps: Romaine, black beans and corn

Lunch 2: Banana milk

Dinner: Chicken & Rice


Breakfast: PB & Banana Smoothies

Lunch 1: Green Juice

Lunch 2: Egg Salad Sandwiches

Dinner: Tortellini Soup with Kale and grilled cheese sandwiches

And that's all I have planned so far! I hate not having planned it all out...but that's just the way it is.
