It's Thirsty Thursday!! Time for another yummy and über healthy drink recipe!
Today's is Papaya-Apple Smoothie!
This one was not one of our favorites but it was still pretty tasty. Despite the large amount of papaya in it, the apple was actually the prevalent flavor.
Here's what you need:
2 1/2 cups papaya, seeds scraped out
1 apple, cored
2 cups spinach
1 carrot, cut into pieces
1/2 - 1 cup cold water
Just toss in the blender & blend completely.
