I Missed 'What's On The Menu Monday'!

I completely forgot about posting my menu on Facebook yesterday! So I figured that I can do it on here. Just pretend that it's still Monday....minus all the crappy Mondayish shtuff.

Keep in mind that I make this menu but allow for flexibility. Sometimes I run out of an ingredient & need to end up making something else. After I quit sobbing in the pantry, of course.

So, here she is! This week's menu!

(Psst...got a confession to make. I'm skipping Monday this week. We had to pick up a quick drive-thru meal on our way to the laundromat. Because my dryer died. Back in October. And I started using a drying rack. But then, one by one, my toddler boys started breaking off the rods. And eventually the legs. So now it's a...nothing. Which is why I had to pick up drive-thru fare on my way to the laundromat. Gosh, you're so nosey! LOL)

Breakfast: Raspberry Oatmeal Smoothies (I think I posted the recipe on FB not too long ago)
Lunch 1: Green Juice
Lunch 2: Wraps: Black beans, salsa & corn
Dinner: Baked chicken breasts with roasted cauliflower and red potatoes

Breakfast: Banana Orange Smoothies
Lunch 1: Salad: Romaine, pintos, corn
Lunch 2: Peach, Strawberry Mango Smoothies
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta with homemade roasted tomato sauce

Breakfast: Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothies
Lunch 1: Green Juice
Lunch 2: Wraps: Black beans, green pepper, corn and sweet chili sauce
Dinner: Vegetarian breakfast burritos with baked sweet potato wedges

Breakfast: Banana Pineapple Smoothies
Lunch 1: Salad: Romaine, radish, kidney beans and garbanzos
Lunch 2: Fruity Green Smoothies
Dinner: Cheese, Cannellini bean and vegetarian 'sausage' calzones (homemade)

Breakfast: Papaya-Apple Smoothies
Lunch 1: Green Juice
Lunch 2: Egg salad sandwiches
Dinner: Veggie burgers with homemade baked potato wedges

Well, what do you think? Some people think that eating healthy is so boring and the food is bland. But it's not! This is real food, yo! Good for you food! Well...most of it is....LOL
